RentPayment is quick, easy, and hassle-free. And there are two convenient ways to use RentPayment - online or by phone.

This link will take you to RentPayment where you will set up your personal account and then identify the credit card you want to use to make your rent payment. Visa, MasterCard or Discover are accepted. You can also setup, recurring, and automatic bank draft. To pay by phone, simply call RentPayment tollfree at 877-927-7866. One of their friendly Customer Service agents will assist you. Whether you pay online or by phone, be sure to ask about the nominal Convenience Fee that is assessed for using the RentPayment feature.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO CONDOMINIUM OWNERS:

When setting up the RentPayment service, you will see separate options for making dues and special assessment payments. Your payment will not be applied correctly if you group a dues payment with a special assessment payment. To ensure that your payment is processed correctly, be sure and separate these payments. RENTAL COLLECTION POLICY:

Rent is due on the FIRST day of the month. We allow a 5 day grace period for payment. In the event that payment is not actually received by the 5th day of the month, a late fee of 5% is assessed.
